Jeffrey Kurpiel
FHL, LLC was founded in 2021 by Jeff Kurpiel, who has over 20 years of experience with financial service firms including large publicly traded asset managers, private equity and hedge funds, as well as global banks.
In addition to his Wall Street experience, Jeff has spent over 15 years assisting small businesses and non-profit organizations with their financial, tax, and legal needs. He is currently a Board Member of Grand-Paws Senior Sanctuary, a 501(c)3 senior dog rescue organization.
Jeff graduated from Loyola Law School with a Juris Doctor. He also received an MBA, a BA in Economics, and a BBA in Finance from Loyola Marymount University. Jeff is also a CFA Charterholder and a licensed CPA.
Christine Kurpiel
As Operations Manager and Consultant for FHL, LLC, Christine Kurpiel has helped small businesses and nonprofits streamline and organize day-to-day operations, including communications, program management, event planning, and software updates.
Christine has a passion for the education and nonprofit sector, with over 13 years of experience serving on PTA Executive Boards for 4 different schools, including 3 years as PTA Co-President and 5 years as a PTA Grant Administrator. She currently serves as the Program and Event Manager for Smart Kids with Learning Disabilities.
Christine graduated from California State University, Long Beach, with a BA and an MA in English Literature, and was an adjunct professor and writing tutor for 6 years.
